Clients pay only for the actual testing time they need. QAaaS is designed for startups, SMEs, software companies, agencies, and businesses developing internal systems. Payment is made when the service is requested.

A 2-hour minimum applies to each engagement so we can properly understand the scope, test the agreed areas, and provide useful findings.

How an Engagement Works
When requesting the service, provide the application URL, test credentials, requirements, expected behaviours, priority areas, and the platform where bugs should be reported. Include the bug-reporting platform URL, access details, and any reporting format or workflow your team requires. Select the number of testing hours you need and complete payment at the time of the request.
After payment, we test the system, document and classify defects, share the report, and retest fixes where included. For example, a 5-hour engagement costs 5 × KES 5,000 = KES 25,000.
